BUSINESS

As a Financial Services Professional with Common Sense Financial, we focus on the client and their needs! We identify those things together and through conversations to help create awareness and find opportunities among everyday things. Typically find savings through habits, plus partnerships and relationships. We identify your concerns, then prioritize an order to work through the process. Knowing there are additional parts in building a plan together, I make those connections and introductions along the way to provide a sense of relief. The greatest value in all of it is creating the plan. Once we know the things to work on, we move as fast or as slow as needed and often take it one item at a time. Ultimately realizing you are no longer doing this part of life alone is a powerful thing! All meetings and conversations have education and choices, which empowers you to make a decision that feels best for you and your family, or the situation you might be facing.

Community and Coaching

I have spent 5 seasons coaching my daughter and her team in Soccer with the Colorado Rapids Program. We have been the "Frozen Cats", "Gladiators", and "Villains". Fun to learn their creative sides while teaching them some life skills like communication, decision making, team work, and perseverance. Each bring a different background, experience, and energy to the team. Always great to see their confidence build as the season progresses and they start to become more aware of these things.

Resources and Networking

I believe no one should have to do anything on their own. We are a society based on belonging, experiencing human connections and interactions, and having a sense of purpose. I grew up with not many opportunities or resources at my disposal and spent 20 years on a lonely path thinking it was the only way, but using only pride and doing it on my own. Thinking that was the only way and sure it is a way, but have realized it didn't have to be and shouldn't have been. People typically want to help see others succeed or become successful and if they can help be a part of it, they are happy to lend a hand, connection, referral, etc. If I had asked for help and sought out connections and resources earlier in life, it wouldn't have had to be so difficult! I now pride myself on building connections, gathering resources, and being a master connector for clients, families, business owners, and friends.

Ways To Connect

Excited to connect through Email, In Person, Virtually, Or Phone. Any of those methods will let me learn how I can help or support your situation. Grateful for every opportunity!Sincerely,
Chad M. Phyle
